Tailoring Training Gallery
Tailoring is both a livelihood skill and a cultural craft—reflecting local identity through form, detailing, and textiles. In Afghanistan, clothing traditions vary across regions and communities, keeping tailoring consistently in demand.
JVTC’s six-month tailoring program provides women trainees with practical garment-making skills, cutting and stitching techniques, and production workflow—preparing graduates for home-based work, apprenticeships, or small business pathways.
